We understand, being a little tot in our big world can be a tough task. Between going to a new school, making new friends or moving to a new home, the transition from their comfort zone into the great wide world is stressful.
Founded by Cecilia Le, a modern creative and mum of two beautiful kiddies, Pocket Hearts was inspired by her own personal journey of motherhood.
Meet Hamilton, 4-years-old and full of beans. With an adventurous spirit, he not only collects outdoor rocks as his favourite pastime, but also finds great solace giving them a good squeeze before bedtime.
Then there’s Jubilee, 5-years-old with a heart bursting with love. Brave and independent, she not only began primary school this year, but she also suffers with Juvenile Arthritis, which means daunting hospital visits and weekly injections to keep the pain at bay. It’s through her little one’s stress and struggle that Cecilia decided to make Jubilee a crystal worry stone, a pink, hand carved Rose Quartz coping tool that can be held, squeezed or gently rubbed to get her through these anxious moments.
This was when Pocket Hearts was born.
